Provide dedicated IT service support and administer unclassified and classified networks for their respective MTC.
Provide support ISI Command Post Integration Training CPX, (formerly MCSI Event III) and limited refresher/sustainment training of appropriate portions of NET and Staff Integration CPVX (formerly MCSI Events I and II). Will provide technical support personnel to all current ARNG MTCs to support establishing, troubleshooting and maintaining a command post tactical network, LAN/WAN. Must be capable of configuring, establishing, and operating Single Integrated Command Post System (SICPS) equipment with unit data products to support tactical network and command post operations. Capable of integrating C2 enablers into a unit's tactical network (JNN, ADAM, C2OTM, etc.). Capable of performing basic IS troubleshooting and configuration. Must possess knowledge on the use and operations of mission command networks and IS. Must be knowledgeable in the establishment of power grid(s) to support CP Operations. Performs management, monitoring, and maintenance of vSphere, vCenter Server, vCloud Director, View software and servers, and performs system updates and upgrades as required. Works with the Enterprise level IT Team for disaster recovery, business continuity and DoD compliance. Ensures through help desk style operations, appropriate scheduling of resources for up to 1000 concurrent customers connections at a time for multiple types of systems (i.e. AFATDS, EMT, FBCB2/BFT/JCR, S2MC/BCS3, MTS, TIGR, and CPOF).
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Knowledge on performing basic IS troubleshooting and configuration
